Pete; besides doing a bit of shopping fergie isnt having much luck with his own products...seems nobody wants Berbatov or Park, and nobody is tempting us for Nani or Anderson...

There is transfer rumour he will try to "trade" Park +$ for Baines.
Berbatov may end up in Germany again, and I have no idea what Fergie's plan for Nani or Anderson is.

So you would rather have Kagawa than Kroos Pete?? One of the most promising players in Europe.

Exactly. Not my opinion, but based on reports SAF was one time interested in Gaitan. Never heard about SAF being interested in Kroos.
Again, I am just saying things that I am seeing happening, that doesn't mean that I agree with them or not.
Overall, the Utd squad is well equipped, lacking 1 or 2 more midfielders and 1 extra striker....so no, I am not worried about next season. They will be Ok.

On the other hand, funds are limited and we all know that, so Kagawa was financialy a good signing - not too much $ for today standards, plus great chance of making money on selling his jerseys in Japan.
Will see if can also be a good footbaling signing....I hope so.
