A Swiss soccer player was expelled from the Olympics on Monday for his threatening and racist message on Twitter about South Koreans. The comments by Michel Morganella came hours after Switzerland lost to South Korea.
I hate twitter but man it's good for exposing pieces of crap like this guy. Everyone gets mad at other races and maybe throws down a racist slur or whatever under their breath once in a while, (i do it at my own race from time to time), but to actually tweet that to the entire world is another story..it shows intent to slur millions of people in a public way.
Anyone that apologizes is only sorry they got "caught" which itself is stupid considering what they did.

I know what you mean. Rio Ferdinand is one of those people above.
I kind of hate it when high profile people always apologize when they get caught saying something that is un-PC. If I were in that position I would be upright about it and say that I meant what I said.... even if it was in terrible taste, and pretty dumb to do so.
I would admire someone more for standing up to their ignorance (bad as that is, but not the point to me) instead of cowering down to the PC police.
