As an Arsenal fan, I would love to see Clint Dempsey at the club. He is a breath of fresh air to the typical Arsenal player. It's been awhile since the club has had a player with some testicular fortitude.

Doubt it because they don't want to spend the money.

Swasea look terrific, who Allen?! Swasea look like they have taken that 15million pound for Allen and bought 3 world class players! And Fulham look like they have replaced Dempsey already with Petric.

Sorry John but Liverpool looked absolutely DIRE!

Awful result for Liverpool. The back four were ****. Downing is just awful. Joe Cole is on 90k a week and he cant even play 10 minutes. What a joke. The sending off and the penalties were very harsh but thats not an excuse. We simply were not good enough. Fair play to West Brom. They should have won by more. These American owners need to give Rodgers money to spend or else we will be in even more trouble. We need a new striker who can score goals. Disgusted.

Both Chico and Michu signed for £2m each, so Swansea still have £11m to drink up in the local pub.

They are not world class. They have played one game. They look good but we cant call them world class until we see if they can do it for a couple of seasons.

Yeah we were awful mate. BR is going to need some time to settle in. We should be alright. Those penalties and that red card really ****ed us up big time. Downing and Cole are absolutely useless. 90k and 70k a week to do that. We need a striker, a winger, a CB and maybe another CAM.

Allen is not bad. He had a good game today but usually when a team loses, most people dont see who played well from that team. Suarez was a beast. Borini should play in the middle from now on.
