Liverpool were awful today. I couldn't believe what I was watching. Two typical mistakes. Gerrard was awful as was both the fullbacks and Reina has lost it. We need a striker and the board and owners let Brendan and us fans down. Michael Owen is said to be coming back. No one wants him back though.

Typical Man Utd. Always win it in the last few minutes, RVP to. Hard luck Saints. They played well.

I gotta agree. I watched the Liverpool game on Saturday and it was awful. I was actually rooting for Liverpool...even though that's something I normally can't bring myself to do.

I also have been wondering if Man Utd are going to assign anyone to the #9 shirt left by Berbatov. If they do...my money's on Welbeck getting it. Wonder if they would change numbers now or wait until January or even the end of the season.

I think you have to submit numbers prior to the season starting
