The only thing that is really important about that game is finally winning in Azteca. Now that we got that monkey off our back hopefully we can do it again and again.

Well, Mexico needs to lose like 20 or so games in a row for the U.S. to catch up and that's in Mexico City only. Not going to happen.

In short, it just shows that Mexico still has a long way to go before they could get their recent Olympic Football Gold to translate into a full-on FIFA World Cup Title!

Nothing better than beating Mexico in their hometurf after the Mexican fans were very hostile towards the US and their fans.

Mexico dont stand a chance of winning the world cup. Winning a gold medal is nothing compared to the world cup. The world cup is much harder to win.
