agree, not only quality but those players have winning mentality (ok maybe not green) but ive seen reports that QPR signed Julio Cesar from Inter..

Yeah, he is a QPR player. They should get about 3 good years out of Cesar.

Agree with all except Bosingwa. Hes not the same player he was. Still does come up huge in big game though admittedly....but typically crap the majority of the time.

Cesar just came out and said that he expects to win the title with QPR in the next few years! I think that's a bit over-reaching!
