"Hate" is a bit dramatic. A lot of people don't follow MLS for a variety of reasons. They may not like soccer, they may not like sports, they may not have a local MLS club.

MLS does not have the biggest media presence.

I also want to know why other sports fans hate the supporting culture in MLS and why they don't want this culture to be in their sports

I hate how some teams put "FC" at the end of their name. The Bears and Raiders are a football club, Seattle Sounders are not, they are a Soccer Club.
