31 is just prime for a keeper, somebody who is fit like him will be playing good till 35 or 36.

But Thibaut Courtois is already on par with Petr Chech, and Chech is getting less dependable while Courtois gets better and better. Loan Courtois out for one more season I say, and when he returns he'll be world class.

Pekerman has done an outstanding job with Colombia. Hopefully we pick up the 3 points vs Vzla tomorrow.
If Colombia wins and Argentina lose in the altitude of La Paz (Bolivia), then Colombia would only be 1 point away from taking 1st place and one win from clinching a WC berth with 6 games still to play. And their next match in June is with no other than Messi's team

Brazil haven't won in FIVE matches, needed an 89th minute goal against Russia to get a 1-1 draw. Spain, Holland and Germany are going to run riot against the South Americans next year in Brazil, the only two South American teams looking good are Uruguay and Columbia .

I think Brazil will be hot favourites for next year. At home and great young players coming through. This lad Coutinho is going to win them the world cup

Severally doubt it John, honestly they look ordinary. Home advantage? I think they'll buckle under the immense pressure I really do.
