Why don't you search on the internet? This forum doesn't really have a big soccer following.

Simple answers
- Maradona is considered one of the greatest players ever. Especially offensively. The goals you mention illustrated his ability to run circles around defenses

- Beckham, except for the English National Team. He was able to win the league championship in every country he played in. England/Manchester United, Spain/Real Madrid, Italy/AC Milan, USA/Galaxy & now he's about to do it again in France with PSG

- Zidane is one of the greatest players of the past 25 years. He won every major trophy in the sport and led the French Golden Generation. His ball skills and shot ability are difficult to match.

Beckham was a great player but I never bought into his hype. I lost interest in his first season when watching MOTD when he passed the ball to Giggs who was standing about 5 feet to the right of him and the commentator said "Dream pass by Beckham" and I knew it was over and everything he did was going to be hyped.

Beckham was a great passer, great crosser of the ball and one of the better free kick takers soccer has seen. He is overpublicised because he's English and his looks but his quality is still there.

Anyways infinite "limit" is right; the internets are your friend OP

1.-Puskas
2.-Cruyff

Beckham??? I dunno, maybe is just marketing focused to anglophiles, who don't have a clue about football.

Could also be argued Celtic were one of the three top sides in the mid 60s and Liverpool were the top side at spells during 70s/80s.

The thing about Beckham is, he was never the greatest, but he was really good for a long time and won a lot of silverware.
