Hello Guys.

Today on the 3.30 morning, Barcelona has confirmed that they have reached a deal with Santos and Neymar. Young Brazilian will sing 5 years contract in Barcelona. What do you think about this deal. What do you think about the player. I am kinda confused because of his way of playing - he dives much i hate that.
Anyway he is very young and seems to be realy talented but there is always tough to change way of playing from Brazilian league to European one.

waiting for your thoughts.

There'll be more than one poster here, who will tell you diving much is a huge plus, when wanting to join Barça .

Frankly, I find it a bit weird Neymar is going to Barcelona. I don't really think he'll fit into their type of play. He seems more like an Ibrahimovic-type of player to me - and we've seen how that worked out in Barça.

I know what people think about Barcelona. They think that it's kinda "diving" team. But that's not so true. Obviously it's a shame as sometimes i see that Alexis or Dani, earlier Busquets made dives but except those it's a really fair playin team

I feel that he is really considered as a huge star and therefor Santos recquire such huge money for this player. Neymar has shown in Brasil that he is really skilfull and talented. Additionally he is so young. But...i am not convinced about him. Barcelona will give him a huge chance. They can make a great deal like they did with Ronaldinho but on the other way they can miss this deal as they did with Keirsson.

Don't rate him that highly. Good player but I think there is better out there for cheaper. I'd take Cavani or Eriksen over him any day.

Neymar is 5 years younger than Cavani. The disadvantage of brasilian is that he hasn't played in europe yet. anyway I beleive that with messi he will be able to jump on some exordinary level.

The guy has incredible technicall skills, no doubt about that. But the thing is, in Europe's top level football, you also have to be able to think very fast. Especially when you play in Barcelona, you have to have serious tactical insight.

But we'll see. Maybe Neymar will just as well succeed the way Ronaldinho or Rivaldo did. I'm certainly curious.

Everybody is. The interesting fact is that Barcelona is gonna pay him every year 7mln euro. RM offered him 11mln. Anyway he has decided to choose Barcelona.

i feel he has destoryed his chances of becoming a true great by stubbornly delaying his move to europe. at best, he'll be another robinho; at worst, well... not even that.
