They hardly even qualify for every tournament, through play-offs usually.
They may not even qualify this time around.

So, no, they are not serious contender.

Contender? You are adding arms and legs. It was in reply to some saying the USA is on par.

I wish Finland was part of the CONCACAF, so that we would qualify as well.

Sucks when we are in the same qualifying group as Spain and France, while other countries plays against some miniature island nations.

did i say that? no, i said these teams are peaking at the right time, they certainly have a chance to eliminate any of those teams though
