I have to say that impressive as Barcelona is at keeping the ball its damn boring to watch! Tippy tappy, tippy tappy and not much else! Its like watching paint dry! I had a job keeping awake watching this game! I think I would rather watch Crawley v Tranmere 1/5th of the skill level perhaps but at least the game flows end to end and there is plenty of goalmouth action!

I was surprised with how many good opportunities City had after the red card. I actually thought City was the better team before the red card. Barca dominated possion, but had no good opportuniteis...well, that one Inesta shot was good, but other than that not much happened. I actually wish I missed the first 20 minutes of the game, what a snooze fest.

It was idiotic. Let Messi score the goal. Don't play the next X amount of minutes down 1 player.

The match illustrated just how valuable Aguerro is for them

Kind of funny that with all of the talent Roberto Mancini had during his time at Manchester City he was never able to make it out of the group stage in the Champions League. He's been at Galatasaray for one year and he made it into the Knockout Stage.

Bayern's dominance is kinda getting boring. I mean as awesome as it is to watch them play it's no fun to watch them kill the game in less than 30 mins. watched them play against schalke 04 and in 28mins they were already up 4-0. then bayern did what they typically do when they r winning by such a huge margin they got comfortable and just cruised the rest of the game. you might just say it's bundesliga but the 2nd half against arsenal was the same. 79% possession shots 16-1 to bayern and of course goals 2-0. whenever bayern play you already know the other team is going to get humiliated doesn't matter who it is you just don't know how bad, kinda makes football boring. The only teams that MIGHT be able to go toe to toe with bayern is Real Madrid,Barcelona, and maybe PSG.

This particular game might not have been quite so one sided if Arsenal hadnt been reduced to 10 men for the 2nd half, but I agree such a dominant team in the league isnt great (same with the Scottish league).
