Big win for Chelsea today in Germany. Torres continues his good form in European play.

2 goals by Torres.

Not bad at all. Hopefully he comes back to his true form.

Atletico Madrid, Napoli & Dortmund have had superb run so far; at least they will advance to round of 8.
Chelsea was brilliant as well; specially Torres; really great to see him back in action again; El Niño
is warming up for Brazil!

Ibrahimovic scored 4 goals, Ribery scored 2. I hope to see them both at the WC.

Van der Wiel seems to be getting back to his old form (assisted Ibra twice tonight), I hope he makes his way back to the NT soon.

Arguably the best player in the world right now. I'll take Ibra over Ronaldo any day.

It's a shame that he's approaching the twilight of his career. Would have loved to see him in the EPL one day.

He's still playing like he's 25. I just hope he makes it to the WC.

Yep, he has endless stamina. If anything he has ripened with age and is a better all round player. I have a feeling Sweden will sneak past Portugal. This could well be Zlatan's last chance to be in a World Cup, though I can see him playing at the top level still at 36-37.

I'm always happy to see Torres do well. He's a fantastic player but he tends to save his best performances for the most crucial games for both Chelsea and Spain. His price tag when he moved to Chelsea put a lot of pressure on him, as did having to adapt to Chelsea's style at the time.
