Well i rather have these multi-billionaires buying clubs in strong and entertaining leagues in Western Europe than in Russia/The Middle East/China.

That's a good point Davy-040. I really hate also such developments like Andzi Mahaczkala.

I didn't say that City had never been a big team. Maybe they were. But What is support is constant phylosophy and attitude that after years of following bring you to the top. Like Barcelona has been doing with La Masia which has made a huge impact into their club. City didn't do such thing. They were just simply made huge by giving them a lot of money. That's not naturall that's not how i wish my team grow.

yeah but Barca and Real Madrid wouldn't be up where they are now if it wasn't for the banks pouring money into them, its the exact same thing as City IMHO except it was a rich person and not the banks. Barca and Real Madrid have a huge unfair advantage in Spain because of it.

Exactly!!! - incidentally both Manchester City and Chelsea have historically been among the top supported clubs in Britain, which makes their historical performances rather disappointing. (not including the last 16 years in the case of Chelsea).
