I don't want to be a Debbie Downer but MLS has gotten better TV ratings in the past. On ESPN in 2011 they got 290k. Same in 2007 (289k). The increase on NBCSN from 100k to 216k is likely just the fact that the channel is in more homes now.

Not really a downer, numbers are numbers. Not sure they had MLS Live back then either. They dont release numbers for that. ESPN's coverage of football is usually pretty poor, same said for FOX. I think NBC's coverage is better which may equate to the better numbers also. I am just happy that they are up, hopefully they will continue to rise. Changes need to happen but well see.

Also..pretty sucky for Seattle that they have 48m in revenues but are handicapped by the 3m salary cap +DP rule.

They could field a really great team if they were allowed to spread the $ around their roster instead of just overpay a couple players.

Don Garber doesn't understand soccer.

I just lost an £80 bet on New York to win over Kansas City, came close to - would have been £600 better off!

Do not drink and go on gambling sites in the early hours off the morning

Last I heard, online betting is illegal in the US no matter where the betting site is located. Not sure how you could legally repatriate the money. Let me know if I am wrong. I wouldn't mind betting on some EPL matches during the season.
