I would be happy with this:

Costa Rica in PKs 0-0/4-3. Netherlands dominates, but can't score. Robben gets a yellow in the first 20 minutes for diving.

Brazil finally gets their act together 2-1 and Felipao decides not to play either Fred or Jo and go with a midfield heavy team. Neymar scores on a free kick and Hulk fires in a long left footed line drive. James does two cut backs and chips it over a completely beat Cesar laying on the ground.

Argentina squeeks it out 1-0, Messi scores in the first half and Belgium has 10 shots in the second half, but doesn't score.

Germany dominates 3-1. Pogba beats Neuer 10 yards outside the box in the first 15 minutes, but then Germany takes over

My predictions:

Brazil 1-1 Colombia > Brazil through on penalties
France 2-1 Germany
Netherlands 3-1 Costa Rica
Argentina 1-0 Belgium

And then:

Brazil 1-0 France
Netherlands 1-1 Argentina > Argentina through on penalties

And then we have the Brazil - Argentina final that everyone in South America has been waiting for

I'm feeling that Brazil-Colombia will be the marquee match of the World Cup. I have Colombia over Brazil. July 4, can't wait!

I would like to see Colombia go to the final. But I don't know if they beat Brazil. But they have a great chance to do so. A Brazil-Argentina final would be must see TV imo.

The South American side of the bracket is probably defining the champion. Chile was the best "second place" from the group stage in the round of 16 and Colombia is doing very well. The problem with Colombia is that their defense was not tested effectively yet, their group stage was weak and Uruguay was not themselves in the Round of 16. I know they seem to be performing better than Brazil so far, but I suspect there is a good chance Brazil will beat them. People are saying Brazil is going on because of the home advantage, I think not. That is actually being an extra adversary as the players are under extreme pressure to do well in their home country. They are even working with a psychologist to help the players overcome the pressure and emotion. It would be a tragedy for them to not make it to the finals. Germany felt the same pressure when they could not make it playing at home in 2006.
