As has every thread here, we have no mod and reported posts dont get fixed so we just have to wait for the WC to be over so they lose interest and this goes back to normal.

Its those moments of attack that make it worthwhile and those are not exactly happening on a regular basis. All in what you see... you see a ball being moved around midfield and call it action. some call it boring. Is what it is.
You could say the same is true for most ball games, maybe basketball is an exception. Unless all players are shooting straight to the goal like in penalty kicks, most of the time is spend competing for the ball, advancing to the closer to the goal area or making sure you kick back the ball(tennis, volleyball). The attack is not just shooting straight to the goal, it is also about planning your moves so you can position your players in a way they can score.

You can leave if it is a waste of time for you. Nobody is forcing you at gunpoint to read it.

Thanks to the wonderful Wikipedia, I learned that Robin Van Persie has scored a goal in every major tournament he's played in as a NT player. He scored in the 2006 World Cup, the 2008 Euro, the 2010 World Cup, the 2012 Euro and now the 2014 World Cup.

I am rooting for the Oranje to take the title.

It seems like at this point the Netherlands deserve it.

It would be nice to see Netherlands win considering that they are the only team in the semis to never win the Cup. You wanna talk about a team that barely squeeked by? Look no further than Brazil. It's still here because of penalties. It's a lackluster team, and they've got the very unfair homecrowd advantage. Look at the way that the Brazilian spectators booed during the Brazil/Colombia match whenever Colombia had control of the ball.

BTW, last month I predicted a Netherlands/Germany final. Let's see if the prediction comes true.

I was just saying this weekend that there is not one team that showed they were way better than the rest of the teams. Every team has weaknesses.

If anything Brazil do not deserve it!

Chile were very unlucky to lose to Brazil. They deserved to win most in my opinion. As it is, probably Germany or Holland deserve it.
