There seems to be more pressure on Belgium to win than the US. Hopefully that helps out team USA.

All of the South American teams have been very well supported thus far.

Argentina, among all countries, is the one with BIGGEST support in Brazil. Yeah, including Brazil.
100,000 fans were in Porto Alegre for the Nigeria match (many of them without tickets, offering their cars in exchange of a ticket) and more will come for as long as Arg is in the cup.
There arent fans more passionate than argentinians. Its the most crazy-about-soccer nation in the world, with all the bad and the good that comes with it.

It couldn't be crazier than Brazil? I think the top countries where soccer is religion are Italy, Brazil, Argentina and England (club level).

Even with Messi they've struggled. He's carrying that whole team.

It is weird because Aguero and Di Maria are actually world class but they just haven't stepped up thus far - strange.

Best World Cup ever!! Holy crap what an intense game.

What a shame! Chile played way better than Brazil but just has to lose on penalties.
