This Brazilian squad is the weakest squad I've ever seen for them. I don't know what is happening to Brazilian soccer but there counterparts in South America (Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay) are doing a better job developing players. I am sure Brazil will make a comeback in a few years but not with these players!!

Yeah.. I never expected them to get past the R16.. to make it to the SF is astonishing with their squad!

If you think things could not get worse for the Brazilian National team, just check the recent developments.

After the WC elimination, CBF, the allegedly corrupt and greedy Brazilian football confederation, hired a player agent to replace Parreira as technical director. How can a agent who makes living by negotiating players can be a technical manager of a National Team? There is a HUGE conflict of interest there. It's ridiculous.

Wait, that's not all. The new coach to be announced soon is going to be Dunga. The same one who brought a lot of controversial players to 2010 WC and was blamed by the disastrous second half performance against Netherlands that resulted in elimination. The guy is considered outdated and arrogant.

This is a total disrespect with the fans of the country of football.

While Germany is giving the world a role model example of planning for success, the stupid Brazil football confederation with its bunch of obsolete leaders are doing exactly the oposite. What a shame.

Another factor I've not heard much coverage on is that Brazil simply had no qualifying campaign. Friendlies don't cut it, friendlies are basically non-competitive BS.

So come the World Cup, Brazil didn't really know who they were, certainly not in terms of handling adversity. They were not at all battle-tested.

So building up to World Cup 2022, Qatar better insist on being in Asian qualification otherwise they might send a crummy team to their own WC! Oh wait...

No one was, except Germany. While the leaders in charge of the "seleção" should learn from this failure, they are doing exactly the opposite, naming a bunch of incompetents that interest only their political agenda to manage the team. Makes me sick.
