Again, too early to draw any conclusions but I'm thinking this season may turn into a run only between Chelsea and City, with the first winning IMO, plus Diego Costa as top scorer.
Too early to judge, were only on the second game. We have Balotelli and I think BR can bring the best out of him.

Yes. I hope he can. I believe he said he was a 'calculated risk'...;-)....I figure BR'll try to channel all that egoism and arrogance he supposedly has onto actions on the pitch.

And speaking of 'arrogance', I have to say I usually saw it in Manu big time. Again I know it's early but I think it's below the radar. Just my observation.

I hope so, if the Premier League is anything is drama on the pitch. Hell add to that entertainment lol

Now it is official, United signed Di Maria for £59.7m (that's 100 million bucks???), a record-breaking transfer for the EPL.

Madrid cashed big time with him since they paid half of that. If nothing else it could make them forget a potential regret for overpriced James. What a mess Madrid created, to get rid of their second best player for the uncertainty around James.

As for United, Di Maria can help them, but will he solve their problems? Don't think so.

Here with an update of the weekend's results;

BBC Sport - Football - Results

(It seems to default to all competitions, so set to Premier League at the top of the table.}

Glad to see Utd get a poor result again, I wonder if its because Burnely are going to be a top 4 team this season ? Was (surprisingly) shocked to see City drop points and Liverpool showed they where back in business against Spurs.
