We should have moved on a long time ago, but pointless posts almost invariably kills a thread.

Chill out man.

Right I'll move it on - Muller isn't the prettiest player but any fan would love to have him in their team. Kinda a bit like Filippo Inzaghi.

Also, Mueller is a bit of a complainer, which is annoying, but there are many great complainers out there...CR7.

Mueller is wonderful off the ball and truly understands where to be. Not in the top 5 players, but really good.

No not in the top 5 - but you only usually get one superstar in a team, he's class though.

Default Bayern’s Thomas Müller turned down ‘astronomical’ Manchester United offer.

Bayern

Müller said: “Of course. I was aware that I could earn more by making that transfer. The amount that foreign clubs were offering me was astronomical. But Bayern are my club, a change was not an issue for me.”

Had Muller gone to ManU, he'd stand shoulder-to-shoulder with Rooney and van Persie as the team's best player based on club success... but think of how superior Muller's international play has been in comparison? Muller has been arguably the best player (certainly top 5) in 2 world cups!

Muller was smart to turn down a MU transfer, although MUS keep saying they never offered to sign him. Not sure who is telling the truth.

Thing is, he fits well to Bayern's game and Guardiola's philosophy, this is what I have been talking about here. I would be curious to see if he would thrive at MU, I think probably not.

MU problems can't be solved by Muller. They need a winger and Di Maria would help them, not Muller. They also need take care of positioning better their defense. Van Gaal got stop whining and implent his work.
