Leicester beat Liverpool midweek and Jamie Vardy scored both goals in a 2-0 win.

This is the first one!

And Leicester are still top of the PL!

Have to say Leicester played very well. Liverpool... Not ready for 'prime time' yet! They'll need a little tinkerin' by Herr Klopp. Too bad they are having a hell of a time scoring goals. Goals are happening like snowballs through hell. When they get one ... or two it's precious!

I was checking out the odds at the beginning of the season on Leicester winning the PL.

It was 5000/1!

Chelsea were 13/8 favourites to win the PL.

This article is a bit out of date, from 15 December.

A few weeks later Leicester are still top, so the odds are probably less than the 20/1 quoted in it;

Sky Bet explain the range odds Leicester and Chelsea are defying in the Premier League this season | Football News | Sky Sports

What a bizarre (and good) season.

By the way, I just read that someone put 40 on Leicester at the beginning of the season, which would return 200,000 if they did it!

No draw likely here!

Under twenty minutes to go and Leicester are 3-0 up... playing away!

Edit- Final Score;

Spoiler
Man City 1- Leicester 3

Vardy and the other 10 killed that game, eh? In contrast to today Pool up two and couldn't put it away. Yikes.
Klopp had appendicitis and wasn't at the game. With that game, I'd think his gall bladder had to act up...;-)..

It all went pear shaped for Liverpool after the 77th minute when many home fans staged a mass walk out, protesting at new charges for certain seats at 77.

At that point they were 2-0 up.

But then they had Mignolet in goal.
