FIFA have announced that the 2022 World Cup Finals will be held in the months of November and December in Qatar.
Given the deep misgivings within the European footballing fraternity that provide three quarters of the players for the tournament, and Sep Blatter's current standing, could it be conceivable that there would be a breakaway from FIFA and a rival tournament set up?

It won't happen, but it could conceivably be a uefa tournament with random other countries from Concacaf, Asia, CAF, and Conmebol that rebel from the FIFA mess. What a ratings and future revenue nightmare that would become. I wonder what Conmebol would do if pressed on the manner, the potential for FIFA to disintegrate...Then name the new group International Football Federation Association...IFFA.
I think US, Canada, Jordan, and Australia would join, but any small or poorly managed federation is probably on board with Blatter. I wonder what Mexico would do, I think they may be bitter that Gulati made it on the Exco. South America could rebel since they wouldn't get the WC for decades...although tradition and $ would likely stop them.
