It was Costa, and it wasn’t a boring goal, it was what's called “scrappy” in U.K., Iniesta went off in the second half as I recall.
Anyhow, if Griezmann, or Giroud score the only goal in the Final, and France win it again after 20 years, it won’t bother me if it’s boring or spectacular, Allez les Bleus!

Still a bit early, but games averaging only 2.25 goals a game right now. Only a tiny bit higher than the notorious 1990 series. A few certain teams have been playing disgraceful boring football, can't wait to see them knocked out

You can have exciting games that end 1-0 or boring games that end 1-0. (Or 0-0) Mexico vs Germany was great and low scoring. Had the misfortune of eating at a Mexican restaurant during the game, our orders were messed up, guess waiter and kitchen staff too into the game.

As usual France played 45min, but 1/8th of final here we go. As expected, Peru was tough. Little team don't exist anymore, and definitely not Peru. Surprising that this team was absent of the WC for so long.

Euro123, Bulgaria will come back, and I hope that will be time for a tough fight I hope we won't be kostadinov-ed again lol

Mexico vs Germany were great, but then we also had to suffer through Portugal vs Morocco, France and Peru, and both of the Iran games. France was disgraceful, parking the bus against a signififcantly smaller side. What the hell

So far Chile has as many wins as Peru and Argentina combined.

The stories about how some Peruvian fans quit their jobs or even put on weight to get in disabled seats sound even more pathetic now that they've been eliminated. Talk about blind nationalism.

That's another story...

Football, l'opium du peuple. Saying that, I do like football but it's just... a sport :|. Some people think their country will jump in the stratosphere above everything because they won..

Ah well, let's see what favorite will jump after the first round it happens at every world cup, Argentina is a tough contender. But Germany or Brazil would be interesting too.

Anyway at the end, 31 teams out of 32 will come back down on earth, home, and leave without anything except a damaged ego for people a little bit too proud lol. People should remember that...
