Alright, alright.... Don't know about ya'll but I'm all fired up about Euro 2008. It's my second favorite soccer event behind the World Cup and it's finally here. I still can't believe England didn't qualify, that's crazy talk.

So, who do you guys got to win it all? Who's gonna get far? Personally, I really think that Holland has a good chance of winning it all and I also think Russia is going to do pretty well. Lets hear it.

Forza azzurri!!! I think Italia will pull the double even though they are in a tough group.

Italy's always been my (distant) second team.

I'm looking forward to watching Italy and France play eachother after the whole Zidane vs. Materazzi incident in the World Cup 2 years ago.

Italy is a solid team, they could very well make a run.

Hoping Spain can finally shed their underachiever tag this year. If Torres can continue his Liverpool form with good support from Xavi and company.

Who's get far? Italy and Germany (they always do). Portugal -- Ronaldo is at the top of his game, and Scolari is pretty shrewd. Not sure how the Dutch will do -- good individual players, but will they gel?

I am definately looking forward to this. Has anybody been watching ESPN Classic last/ this week?? They are showing all of the Euro finals from 1972 onward. I believe tonight they are showing the 1992 final.

England aren't in but they have been a shambles recently and frankly don't deserve to be. I'll be supporting Germany.

Yes, I have been, those are awesome!! I really enjoyed the final between Czechoslavkia and W. Germany, I think it was the 1972 final.
