The latest installment of Football Manager is out (haven't tried the Live version yet), and as always is more addictive than cocaine mixed with meth and viagra in Amsterdam. So all FM players lets discuss tactics, give tips on squad management and my favorite scout the world's leagues for talent.

First, here's some great prospects and young talents which are great buys. Make sure to get them while they are still young and relatively unproven, because all these players develop into world class and may end up being too expensive to afford. Of course, players like Messi are also fantastic young talents that get better and just may be solid transfers but they are generally to expensive to afford, so here are some affordable great signings:

Mario Bolatelli (Inter Milan)
-great all around winger/forward, should be a threat on every set piece, develops nicely. His preferred move is to shoot with power instead of placement, and he fit nicely almost anywhere on the midfield within the final third, while playing best up front. Make sure to challenge him in training and not put him as available for reserves as he is very ambitious.

Micah Richards (Man City)
-Strong and determined, with a 45 inch vertical and soon to become a great tackler as well. His influence grows exponentially in the next two seasons.

Federico Fazio (Sevilla)
-Everything a CB should be, high composure, high concentration, strong and tall and a great header. He is already a great defender CB at 22, works as a sweeper and can become influential for team morally as he grows older.

Sergio Aguero (At. Madrid)
-May seem expensive for his attributes at first, but his potential is through the roof (the scouting reports give him a 7-star rating for potential). He pretty much becomes the best player in the world in a few years, surpassing Ronaldo's current ability. Get him early before he gets too expensive.

Nani (Manchester United)
-He doesn't want to leave Man Utd. but if you can pry him away, he will be well worth it. Already a solid midfielder, his technique increases dramatically and he becomes a great dribbler. As a bonus, he's a flair player, and likes to power them into the back of the net.

Macauley Christantus (Hamburg)
-A great prospect buy, for dirt cheap you can get a fantastic striker within a few years, and he is already servicable with good pace and finishing.
