We just beat Spain, the #1 ranked team in the world today and it didn't look like a fluke. Soccer has steadily been growing in US because we used to be at the bottom of the barrel and next world cup 2010, we will probably be ranked in the top 10. Eventually, America will dominate soccer like we've dominated all major sports including the olympics.

Not trying to start an argument but what do you define 'major sports' ?
But I agree the USA will eventually dominate the sport, just like any other sport I beleive, just because the athletes (mainly African American) are so much more better than the rest of us.

Well in that I mean every contact sport. Soccer I think will be hard to dominate with such a huge amount of countries playing.

Being mindful of the fact that America is a hemisphere and not a country, it would be fair to state that soccer (aka football, i.e., the game played with the feet and not the hands) is the most watched sport in America. All one has to do is look at the countries of South-AMERICA, Central-AMERICA, and Mexico - which happens to be part of North-AMERICA - to realize how pro-AMERICAN soccer truly is!!!
