The score in the latest cup was a surprice to me. Despite the fact that neither team had their MVPs there should not have been such a big difference in the socores......

What is more supricing is that the USA team did not not play like it ususally does. They are a team that typically performs well, regardless of the oponent.

We will see what happens on the re-match that is coming soon.

What happened was that we weren't playing our top players... that was a different team than what you'll see in the World Cup.

Neither was Mexico.

The US squad was deflated. They didnt have enough depth and Bradley made a mistake calling up players that were going to leave halfway through the tournament. When it came down the final, the US players were gassed and we had no depth on the bench to help out. Once Mexico took the lead, the game was over.

Also, it looked like once the penalty kick happened and Mexico took a 1-0 lead, the U.S. tried to attack too much, leavings its back line exposed and then the snowball effect started and goal after goal poured in. In other words, if the PK had not happened, the scoreline would have been completely different. Mexico still could have won, obviously, but I don't believe it would have been 5-0. It was just one of those games where the U.S. got desperate, then frustrated, and Mexico then started really rolling.

Should be completely different on Aug. 12 in the World Cup qualifier in Mexico City. Not saying the U.S. will win, but the scoreline will be much closer and I doubt the scoreline will see either team win by more than one goal.

Mexico's Third line players perform better than Mexico's Second Line Players and First Line Players (Skill wise Mexico's third and second line players are not as good as the first line, but their mentality makes up for that and in the end that is what wins games). It is more likely that Mexico's Second or Third Line Players beat the US first line players.

Haha. That's so totally wrong it's funny. Beating Mexico routinely, beating Spain, going 2 up on Brazil in a championship game...yeah, I guess he doesn't have much to show for

If I remember correctly the US failed to even pose an attacking threat in the second half of that brazil match and choked away that lead they had at the half...Yeah Bradley has shown alot

Routinely beating the mexican national team isnt saying much either
