2009/2010 Official EPL thread
Just figured Id start a thread where we can all just chit chat regarding the season and everything related.
On a bummer note, both of my teams (Aston Villa and Liverpool) both lost the opener.
How did your team(s) fare?

Everton supporter here. Needless to say, I'm still in agony over that butt-whipping Arsenal laid on my guys.
Steve-o, you have to admit that the first Wigan goal against Villa was beautiful.

I'm an Everton fan as well. I am still stunned by the opener. I have to give it to Arsenal though, they took advantage of every opportunity and made a fool of our defense.
I hope this doesnt make Lescott want out even more. We really, really need him.

I agree, but I worry that he's wondering about the extra money he could be making at City when he's out there on the field. In other words, is his head really in the game??

Wolves supporter here. Losing 2-0 at home to West Ham was a blow, but we got a decent result @ Wigan (1-0 away win). It'll be a tough season, but I believe we might just survive this time around, so long as we don't get too many injuries.

Yeah it was. Dangit. But Friedel looked pretty good for most of the match at least.
