I'd like to have both but they are in different packages with Comcast.

If you have any of the digital services they offer (e.g. Digital Starter) then you just have to buy their sports package. It contains both of them(in my area) and it is affordable, only $7.95 per month.
If you have to choose, then go with FSC. They have EPL and CL.

I havent watched much GOL TV but FSC seems really doing positive things with adding HD and adding another network and chasing more contracts.

Both good, it depends what you follow. FSC shows games from Italian serie A and premier League. Gol Tv does leagues from Spain, Germany and Southern America.

And don't forget that as a Comcast customer (and also ATT customers can enjoy this) you can always watch Italian, Spanish, German and Portuguese League + some games from the English Coca Cola championships on ESPN360.com. Tomorrow MAY-22-2010 you can watch the play-off finals between Cardiff and Blackpool. Winner gets promoted to EPL and gets HUGE amount of money. It will be good game to watch that before the CL finals. ESPN360 will also air almost all games from the WC (excluding England games I think).
So, if you can't have them both, FSC and GOLTV, then go for FSC and you can track all the other national championships online through ESPN360. Replays are available also for all the games.
Cheers!
