A rank amateur can kick a goal against someone who is a so-called "professional" in a sport?

I used to think that soccer was a "real" sport, but if this can happen, lol.

Imagine a celebrity catching a pass and running into the endzone in an NFL game against any kind of defense.

They'd be laughed out of the freaking league!

Wouldn't that depend on the celebrity and whether he can play the sport? Heck, take the president, he plays real good basket ball, he could shoot a 3 pointer against Kobe....your statement doesn't make any sense. And please, american football is not a sport, is just a tv show.

Honestly, do we Yanks really need to get a hard on with soccer trolling? I'm not a fan but seriously, it's lame.

Let's have a little math lesson.

The average goalkeeper is probably about 6 foot 3 or 4 inches tall. A professional soccer goal is 24 foot wide and 8 foot tall.

Think about it smart guy. Anyone can score a PK against a professional goalkeeper if they place the ball right. In fact, a good PK taker completely ignores that the goalkeeper is even there. That doesnt mean it is easy though.
