I am a 30 year old single female that will be relocating to Summerville, I need a safe place to live that is affordable. I am currently looking at Legend Oaks Plantation Highlands, its 113 Golfview Ln, 29485? Can anyone email me any safe condos? Thanks!

You would have better luck on getting answers/ opinions on the Charleston thread. Legend Oaks is a nice neighborhood. I do recommend contacting the local police department and asking for crime stats.
