Ashley Hepburn beat her 17 month old daughter, Audrina Hepburn, in Audie's home in Cross Hill, S.C. October 2009. Four days later Audrina left this world. Ashley's father put up $5000 bond (10% of $50 000). Yes, that's all! It could be two years before she goes to court. In the mean time she is walking the streets as free as you and me. There were 3 other adults in the mobile home that night but nobody else has been charged and no one is in jail. Her mother, her boyfriend Brandon Lewis, her maternal grandmother Doris Davis and her partner David Crumley .How can this be? Why didn't someone help her?

yep... thats the system for all of you that think its so wonderful....domestic violence is so much worse than beating a little baby to death?not saying dv is right or excusable, but why did my friend get a 250,000 dollar bond for pushing his wife, but such a low bond was placed here?
