Default Town Hall Info.

Recently, a family member has come to live with us from SC. She had someone in her life that held power of attorney on her behalf and really took everything she had. I am trying to find a service that provides home sale information on her prior home. Here in Ct, we can access tax info (field cards) online. Does a service like this exist in S.C., or is this info only obtained from town hall. I am trying to find out what the home sold for as well as who the owners were of the home because we think that this individual who acted as her power of attorney had her home put in his name, where he then took all the money. Please if anyone has any info, let me know. I also know that Realtors can find this info using the MLS. I would GREATLY appreciate any help I can get. Family is supposed to take care of one another, not steal from them.
