Lovin' the effect (sale, home, closing)

I am a Kentucky girl and married a Cleveland boy.
We have lived in Chicago and NW New Jersey throughout our marriage.
A year ago he took a job in SC while the kids and I have remained in NJ pending the sale of our home (we are closing at the end of this month).

I just got off of the phone with my hubby and have to report to "y'all" how pleased I am that he has finally stopped using the F word in his everyday language. His speech patterns are increasingly more gentle and "southern"!!!! YIPEEEE!

I am lovin' the effect that SC has had on him over this past year. He's less stressed, more considerate and has that twang in his speach that I find irresistible! Let's face it, like the song says, ladies LOVE country boys.

THANK YOU SC! See you at the end of this month and needless to say I am REALLY looking forward to it!

Like I always say to my clients from the NE when they ask me what 'we're' going to do when all the 'yankees' move down here..

My reply.. "We're gonna rub off on ya.. and you're gonna like it!"

No matter where you live, it's really about what YOU make out of it anyway..
I've sure met some really happy folks in some really crappy places... and, of course, vice versa..
