Default Looking to move to SC.

I am looking to move down to SC area. I just have a few questions and concerns. I come from PA, but lived in NY all my live, moved to PA a little over a year ago. But now I am looking for colleges and a place to move in SC. I know it is hotter in SC than Long Island/PA the heat isn't the bad part its the humidity. What would be the best place for a college student, that wants to stay down in SC. I've did some looking into Greenville and Charleston areas but I'm not sure what the best would be so i am looking for what other people think about NC for college students that would like to live there after college. Planning to major in education or a construction field.

Thanks

Winthrop University (my alma mater) in Rock Hill, just south of Charlotte, has an excellent education program.

If you want to stay away from the more humid areas, then you can probably rule Charleston out.

Default I am from Long Island too

You might want to stay near Myrtle Beach because thats where a lot of New Yorkers are.

Check out condos in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. You can buy a condo for under 100000. the zip code there is 29575
