what do you think of sumter,sc?hows the living?crime rate?home cost?job market?hows the police patrol?the sheriffs patrol?do they seem to be working to stop crime or just working on the ones they get extra money from?(the revovling $$$ door of drug dealers)

I could look at my birth certificate and tell you the address to go by to see the first home that I, Columbiadata, ever lived in as a newborn after my birth at Tuomey Hospital there.

Seriously, the opera house and downtown in general are nice and attractive. Swan Lake is beautiful.

I would search some of these threads there is alot of conversations out there about Sumter that touch on the good, the bad and the ugly

What is holding Sumter back?
