CSRA Senior Living announced the plans to build a $35 million retirement campus in Aiken that will have over 100 jobs. The facility, the first of its kind in South Carolina, will be built on 20 acres and will have long-term-care skilled nursing, short-term Medicare Rehabilitation, assisted living, dementia-care rooms, and 12 small homes.

Combined with the Recleim recycling center announcement, that's 2 projects starting in Aiken County worth $75 million and bringing over 300 jobs.
