There is another large development going up behind and next to the Ordinary on King, across the street from the one mentioned in the OP. Another development claims to be, essentially, another Daniel Island-like community going up down Clements Ferry Road close to Wando. Then there is also Ingleside Plantation, which may gain some steam after Boeing builds their new additions and the road improvements are made (Future Loop project and Palmetto Commerce Aviation extension).
