There are some nice homes and obvious "lesser price point" homes in there. There's just a lot going on in there. You can find an apartment or townhouse all the way up to 5-bedroom all brick homes. Lots to still be developed. One thing I don't get is some sections have empty lots, yet they are moving on and building in another section. Who wants half-cleared land with stakes and trash bins next to them? That side of Aiken seems to be the future for growth, however with the newer Walmart, brand new Sam's Club, and USC-Aiken.
