Does anyone else find it hypocritical that our State Attorney General Alan Wilson, seen here in a video for the Republican Attorneys General Association advocating "state rights", is one of the three originators of a letter asking for other Attorney General's signatures in support of a national ban on all internet gambling nationwide - that would strip other states rights? Looks to me like Alan Wilson only supports states rights if they are doing things the way he thinks they should be done.

The founders created a magnificent document, our Constitution, that never intended for that to happen. ~ Alan Wilson

That's just flat out Republicans for ya.

They believe in state and individual rights....but only for rights THEY think we should have.

Its why weed isn't legal here, although its more dangerous than alcohol.

Its why prostitution is illegal here, despite being legal in Nevada.

We are a die hard right wing red state, and are LESS FREE than the people in Nevada, Washington, Colorado- All blue states.

And it's why there's no marriage equality here. And weed isn't more dangerous than alcohol.

freedom can mean different things to different people.

for some "freedom" literally means being able to do anything they want

for others freedom means having the ability to govern your state (in this case) as you see fit

Do you need to fix something in this statement? Weed is not (in most cases) more dangerous than alcohol!
