They are all fine schools. I know has Clemson has a good rep. in civil engineering. I would prefer weather and locate of Clemson and NC State to Iowa State

I would prefer the in-state tuition of my home state universities.

For civil engineering, Clemson is known as one of the tops in the nation.

I woulnn't put much stock in rankings. If there is specific focus area of civil engineering that youa re interested in, then you can determine if that is a focus area of the graduate school civil engineering program at each specific college.
