Default Possible move to SC

Hi, Im looking for some advice here. I live in Vermont and will be moving by myself from Vermont. I am looking for something warm, safe (not too much violence) and near the ocean. I will need a room to rent. I have been looking into the Myrtle Beach area. A friend suggested Socastee. Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

Thank you
Merrie

I'd say the first priority is to ask if you will be working and if so, what type of work you'll be looking for.
