EMPIRE Turf | Zoysia Grass | One Lawn, Many Benefits

Have any of you planted this grass, what is your experience with it, how do you like it? How would you compare it to centipede? Where in the Charleston area can you find it being sold? Just looking for some honest feedback. Thanks!
