The old HH Gregg space will be a much more visible location for the Big Lots store. That said, the concentration of retail onto the Clemson Blvd. corridor is leaving a lot of empty, ugly spaces in other parts of Anderson.

Retail vacancies along the Pearman Dairy Road corridor are increasing. I wonder if that is a reason why Ingle's has not proceeding in constructing a new store.
