My cousin has a house that he was going to move to that is brand new, but will not be able to make the move now, because of some family situations. I told him I would try to help him sell it.

Is there anything any one can suggest on how to sell or rent this by ourselves?

The single family home is in Longs, SC is aprox 20 minutes from
the beach. Hwy 22 and 31 are very close to this community, Polo Farms is the name of the community.

This is a 3BR, 2BA with two car garage ranch style home. Very pleasant community, very nice floor plan, never lived in, nicely landscaped. The rent would be $850/month with a one month security deposit. You would be responsible for utilities such as water, sewage, cable and electric.
The home is unfurnished but does have all appliances except a washer and dryer.

If interested I can set up an appointment for you to see the home.
A few questions for you, When would you like to move in if you decide you want to rent this home, how long do you plan on staying there? How many people would be living in the home?
Thank you.

I meant to say buy or rent that is.
And the sale price is 194,900 with 2500 in closing costs. It's 1500 square feet and brand new.
Thank you.

Thanks. I'm looking to purchase something, not rent. In fact I will be in that area on Friday & Saturday looking at houses. What size is the lot? Are there restrictions or HOA fees? Yearly taxes? Can you send me a pic?

Hi Rapture,
If you'd like to look at it, I know we can set something up. There are NO HOA fees in this community. The yearly taxes are nothing like they are in the Northeast but I don't have that answer at this moment. I have sent a note to my cousin Tom to get that data. I'll reply to you as soon as he responds to me.
Thank you,
Gil

I'm leaving tomorrow morning for SC and maybe I would like to see it but I need more info. and a pic or two would be good. I don't want to waste anyones time including mine if it's not what we're looking for.

Need lot size?

Any restrictions?

Garage?

Thanks
