If you want to look at SC I would look at Greenville, Simpsonville, Easley and anything in the Wren School District. You will also find what you are looking for in Anderson. If looking in Anderson look for Anderson County School District 1. Give those a try if you are needing a realtor if you decide in this area let me know.

Hi I'm Cindy,
I'm sorry to hear you and your family are going through such hard times... it seems there is always small minded people ever where.
Georgetown sc is a small community with old docks and historical homes... there is a paper mill in the town which makes the prices reasonable. I live in North Myrtle Beach and love it. It has less tourist and is close to everything. Little River and Cherry Grove are right down the road, still have great deals right now on properties.
Hope it helps,
Blessings
Cindy
