Default School project on South Carolina

Please help with a school project on South Carolina. How would you describe the cities of Columbia, Charleston and Greenville? How would you describe the people of South Carolina? Customs, culture, etc. Has the state changed alot with an increase in population (such as more traffic or over-building)? How do people get around in South Carolina? Mostly by automobile or public transportation? What is a common human feature of South Carolina, such as people who share a language, religion, nationality, political identity or culture? Are they located in a certain area? What areas for each? (example: New York City has Chinatown, Boston has the North End and South Boston.) Thank you for your help!
