Finley-Earle is a mixed use development of residential and retail space that will locate on 3.38 acres at the northwest corner of Earle Street and Finley Street.

The multiple level apartment building will include 230 units. Units will average 1,100 square feet in size, and will be available as studio apartments or apartments with one to five bedrooms. The building may have 253,000 square feet of rentable space. It will be accompanied by an attached six level parking deck.
The commercial space will run along Finley Street, and will feature retail and office uses.
Demolition and construction is projected to begin in January 2016. Completion is projected by August 2017.
