Utilities
Thinking of moving to Myrtle Beach area summer 2009...what do utilities cost? What phone/internet/cable/electric companies serve the area??

Depends on size of your house, type of appliances (energy efficient) you have, how many people in the house etc...Ex. I live in a 2000 sq ft house, work from home, two of us here. Our phone/cable/internet (DSL) is $120 per month and the electric runs between $70 and $120.

Are you thinking of getting a roomate or are you living alone??
My utilities are as follows: Cable/Internet 85/mo (Time Warner) Electric 60-90 (Santee Cooper) Water/Trash Pickup/Sewer 30-40 (Conway Water) I live in a two bedroom apt...hope this helps : )
